| Things all coaches, players and parents need
to know ... |

NOT ALLOWED: The
following are not allowed in any of our leagues:
casts, splints, jewelry, long pants, wheelies,
soccer balls. The latter two are not allowed in
our facilities, period, as both lead to
injuries. Please disseminate this information to
your team(s) to alleviate problems in the
future.

FOOTWEAR:
All players
must
change their
footwear in our lobby. No exceptions. We must
keep the courts clear of all water, sand, salt
and other debris. Please share this with your
players -- and their parents -- to ensure the
safety of all participants.

MATCHDAY:
During
regular match days, please be sure to arrive at
least 20 minutes before your match and check in
with our manager at the front desk. Referees
will check teams in 10 minutes before kickoff
and request a scorekeeper from the home team.
The home team also provides the match ball.

WARM-UP:
Warm-up
time in the gym is limited. There is no warming
up with a ball in the hallway -- stretching,
jogging, etc. is okay.

SUPPLIES:
Teams are
responsible for providing their own medical
supplies. In the event two teams are wearing the
same color, the
home team
must change colors and
must do this before
kickoff.
If your team doesn't have a change strip, please
be sure you have pinnies. In the event you
forget your pinnies, they are available for
rental at the front desk at a charge of $1 per
pinnie. The Home team will also need to purchase the official League ball for Matches.

EQUIPMENT:
A player's
compulsory equipment consists of: numbered
shirt, shorts (no pants unless you are the goalkeeper), socks over shinguards,
futsal footwear (non black soles).
- PARKING:
Please park in designated parking areas.
Vehicles left unattended in the driveway will be
towed and at your expense .
